The intent of these questions is to give us the raw data we need to create clarity around your brand messaging. As you answer these fundamental questions, we suspect, you will be energized as you gain insight into your marketing offer. Please answer the three sections below to the best of your ability.

What is it your customer is looking for when they go “shopping” for a product or service like yours?

What is the problem/pain point that most of your clients face?

What is getting in the way of your {potential} customer getting what he/she wants?

Tell us about your solution to the problem you just stated.

Tell us about the result someone will experience if they buy that product/service.

Section Two

What consequences tend to occur for people if they do not engage you for services?

What does success look like for your customer as a result of working with you?

What authority do you have to help your customers solve their problem?

(statistics, awards, accomplishments, testimonials that demonstrate competency)

What statements can you make to convey to the customer that you care about their problem?

(i.e. “we get the frustration of… and that's why we....")

Please list out any product offerings/packages you have (we can refine formatting later).

What are the steps to doing business with you?

What action are we calling people to on the website?

i.e. schedule a consult, visit us, call or buy now, etc.
